Magnesium.

Creatine.

Ashwagandha.

Iron.

Vitamin D.

Electrolytes.

Collagen.

A probiotic.

Something for cortisol.

Something for hormones.

Something a woman on TikTok swears changed her entire life in six days.

Suddenly you've got $400 worth of supplements on the kitchen bench and absolutely no idea which one is doing what.

Welcome to modern wellness.

We love supplements at Tonic Co.

Obviously.

We use them every day in clinical practice.

But more isn't automatically better.

Before adding another bottle, we want to know why we're using it.

What are your symptoms?

What does your diet look like?

What medications are you taking?

What supplements are you already using?

What do your bloods show?

Do we actually need another test?

Is the dose meaningful?

Is there evidence for what we're trying to achieve?

Could it interact with something else?

And most importantly:

Is it doing anything?

There is no prize for having the fullest supplement drawer.

Sometimes the smartest clinical decision we make is taking things away.

We simplify.

We prioritise.

We correct what actually needs correcting.

We monitor.

And if something isn't earning its place in the plan, it doesn't automatically stay forever.

Your health plan shouldn't feel like a second job.

Nor should you need 17 capsules with breakfast just to feel like you're doing wellness correctly.

Sometimes you don't need another supplement.

You need someone to zoom out, look at the whole picture and tell you what actually deserves your attention.

Less noise. Less guessing. Better information.
