Naturopathy & Appointments
Naturopathy is a healthcare system that encompasses both evidenced-based research, and traditional philosophies. Naturopaths provide individualised care to identify and address the underlying cause of illness or disharmony within the body. Treatment can include a combination of nutritional and herbal medicines, dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
A nutritionist is a qualified health professional who specialises in the science of nutrition and food. Nutritionists provide expert advice on how diet and lifestyle choices can impact health, wellbeing, and performance. They can help understand the role of nutrients, meal planning, and healthy eating habits to achieve specific health goals or manage dietary concerns.
Your initial appointment is 75 minutes long. At your appointment with us you will be asked a wide variety of questions that relate to various body systems and functions. This allows us to put all the pieces of the puzzle together that make you, you! Please bring with you any recent blood test results & a list of current medications / supplements. You will leave with a detailed treatment plan personalised to your individual needs.

Tonics
All tonics are hand blended by Shannon in her clinic dispensary right here in Brisbane
Most tonics are once a day and taken in the morning – your specific dosage and times will be located on your label
Lets be real, these are not always yummy, but they contain no artificial sweeteners or flavours, so you are tasting real, potent herbs. You can choose to take your Tonic straight up and follow with some water, or mix your dosage with a small amount of juice or water to get it in.

These need to be stored in a cool dark place – and will last up to 12 months if stored correctly.

Shipping & Returns
Should a product arrive damaged or not meeting your expectations of appearance, please contact us via hello@tonicco.com.au with a picture of the item and your order details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We may ask to you to return it for a full refund, providing it is unused and in original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please do get in touch and we’ll discuss a resolution that works for you, whether a replacement, store credit or a refund.
