Shannon Stokes is an expert in the field of herbal medicine. Since 2006, Shannon has established herself as a dedicated and passionate practitioner in Nutrition and Naturopathy, applying her in-depth clinical knowledge to treat patients in clinic, and create potent and effective herbal formulations.

Recognising the growing demand for her tonics and with the desire to assist more individuals, Shannon has curated a collection of her most potent blends, to make her practitioner strength premium botanicals accessible to all via our Shop.

In addition to working with clients in clinic, Shannon invests countless hours assessing herb-drug safety and potentiation to develop high performance, science-led herbal tonics. We’re so proud to see the remarkable results achieved through her tonics, evident in the daily influx of emails and messages expressing gratitude for the positive impact experienced by her clients.

Morgan is a degree-qualified Naturopath with a special interest in women’s health.

Combining personal health challenges with clinical practice, she brings both professional insight and lived understanding to her work.

Morgan takes a root-cause approach to treatment, blending traditional naturopathic principles with evidence-based practice.

She is deeply passionate about helping women feel their best, understand their bodies and feel confident in their health decisions. With a strong emphasis on client education, she provides clear guidance and practical tools, while supporting the body’s innate ability to heal through herbal medicine, nutritional support and targeted testing.

Functional testing is a key part of her clinical approach, used to identify underlying drivers and inform individualised treatment plans.

Jenna is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in paediatric health and functional testing.
With both clinical expertise and lived experience as a mum, Jenna offers practical, personalised care that supports the whole family. From fussy eaters and eczema-prone toddlers to exhausted, overwhelmed parents.Jenna is known for her thorough, science-backed approach, using functional testing to uncover the root causes of gut issues, immune dysfunction, allergies, and behavioural concerns in children. Her treatments are always realistic, sustainable, and designed to fit into busy family life. Jenna’s areas of clinical focus include:

Candice is a degree qualified Nutritionist and registered member of the Nutrition Society of Australia, with a passion for helping women feel energised, confident, and in control of their health through every stage of life.

With a special interest in fat loss and sustainable weight management, perimenopausal health, and sports nutrition, Candice blends evidence based science with practical, real world strategies that support both body and mind.

A mum of two pre-teens and an avid runner, Candice understands the juggle of modern life - from busy mornings and family commitments to finding time for movement and self care. Her philosophy is simple: wellness should feel achievable, enjoyable, and aligned with how you want to feel every day.

Candice is passionate about cutting through the confusion of today’s wellness landscape, helping her clients build a healthy relationship with food and themselves. Her sessions are supportive, honest, and empowering - designed to educate and inspire lasting change, not perfection.

When she’s not in clinic, you’ll find Candice chasing a sunrise run, soaking up a sunset, or developing her new wellness product range launching next year, designed to help women hydrate, replenish, and thrive.
